Brow and Lip Tattooing 
Permanent MakeUp is the art of applying tattoo ink to create a cosmetic look. You can achieve subtle or glamorous looks simply by using different application techniques. I have been Certified in Cosmetic Tattooing in the State of Oregon since 2005, and have certifications in Nanoblaing/Microblading, Powder Brows. Ombre Brows, Lip Liner and Feathering, and Lip Blushing.
